This project was commissioned by  well-known Toowoomba builder Peter Schriek…………Peter had  formulated an original design himself but  struggled with the  “Look and Feel”  so commissioned us to “throw something at it”……….!!

We decided to  “throw the entry statement at the house  and gave the illusion of something wedged into the  front of the home. We cantilevered the  entry roof into the  foyer of the home to provide an interesting talking point.Our design team also gave the home a  “spine” that provided balance to the street view that fitted into the surrounding built environment.

The  home was awarded  “House of the Year” for projects  between $750 – $1mil.
